ISO 9001 lays out the standard for a quality management system which helps companies and organizations to ensure that they are working efficiently and that the quality of the products and services are consistently up to par.
ISO standards are regularly reviewed every five years to make sure that it is up to date and in line with the current marketplace. With the newly revised ISO 9001:2015 standard, there is more focus on “Risk-based Thinking,” taking into more consideration potential events and consequences that may occur within the system.
Shiva Carpets has subjected itself to a third-party expert’s evaluation in order to validate if the company is consistently following their quality management system, the process which involves extensive time, effort, resources, and dedication.
And having passed the rigorous testing process, Shiva Carpets, reaffirms its competence in maintaining a high standard in its quality management system; and thus, consistently producing high quality Carpets.
